Meet the Intuitive Heart Behind Love Your in Sync
I’m an intuitive reader, astrologer, and HeartMath® Certified Mentor dedicated to helping others gain clarity, inspiration, and a deeper connection to their true path. My journey began in corporate accounting, but an undeniable inner knowing led me to explore holistic healing. Over time, I realized that life is too short not to love the one you’re living—and that clarity fueled my transition into the work I do today.
For more than 16 years, I’ve studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities, including Reiki, Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Meditation, Tarot, and Astrology. I also integrate HeartMath® techniques, supporting clients in cultivating inner coherence and a greater sense of flow. Each of these tools has deepened my understanding of energy, intuition, and transformation—not just for myself, but for those I’m honored to guide.
When I’m not giving readings or practicing Heart Harmonizing, I love gardening—especially after a good rain, when everything seems to loosen and release. I also have a fondness for organizing and creating systems, even if my Aquarian nature rarely lets me do something the same way twice. And yes, I still enjoy accounting (in small doses)—sometimes a good black-and- white puzzle is just what the soul needs.
I’m also a dedicated prayer practitioner. At Unity of Buffalo, I serve as Director of the Prayer Chaplain Program, since 2012. I train others to hold sacred space through affirmative prayer in alignment with Unity teachings. I have a deep love for metaphysical study and the ways it can support spiritual freedom and inner peace.
I live with a beautiful cat named Kricket, who shares my appreciation for quiet moments. How do we feel about dogs? I enjoy them, Kricket – not so much!
